• Obtained FCPS in Surgery from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS) in 2004, MRan CSEd from Same Subject from Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK in 2008, and MS in Surgery from Dhaka University in 2014Immediately after post-graduation he worked in Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka as registrar.
• Subsequently, he served the National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital, Dhaka as a Junior Consultant for three years and Assistant Professor for two years.
• At present, he has been serving in the National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICR&H), Dhaka as an associate professor since 2020.
