• Obtained MBBS degree from Sylhet M A G Osmani Medical College & Hospital in 1998
• Completed his Post-graduate training in Internal Medicine in 1999
• In 2003 he completed his M Phil in Radiotherapy from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka
• He worked as a trainee in Clinical Oncology (Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pain and Palliative Care Medicine) at AMRI Hospitals, Kolkata from 2005 to 2006 under close supervision of Dr. Prasenjit Chatterjee, a renowned Consultant Clinical Oncologist
• Later, he received training in Medical and Radiation Oncology from National Cancer Center (NCC), Singapore in 2011
• He worked as an Assistant Professor of Oncology in Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital of Sirajgonj from 2007 to 2012
• He is serving in United Hospital Cancer Care Centre providing Clinical and Radiation Oncology consultation and guidelines and since 2012 till mid 2020 he has managed more than Seven Thousand Cancer cases under his supervision
